The “Powered by FlyB” badge applies to every public surface the platform serves for you: landing pages, blogs, form pages, booking pages and pricing table pages. On Check-in it is always shown. On Plus and Prime each page, blog, form, calendar and pricing table carries a switch that hides it — on by default, so nothing changes until you turn it off.
Plans are sold in US dollars and, for Brazilian customers, in reais — both are real prices, so the amount shown on screen is the amount charged to the card. The currency follows the language your interface is set to.
Paid plans are charged on the day you subscribe. There is no free trial period.
For teams larger than 20 users, contact FlyB at [email protected].
Flights
Flights are FlyB’s usage credits. They are not money, they cannot be transferred or cashed out, and they represent a licence to use a defined amount of processing on the platform.
What consumes Flights
| Operation | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| AI landing page generation | 5 Flights |
| AI landing page edit or section regeneration | 2 Flights |
| AI blog post generation | 5 Flights |
| AI e-mail template generation | 2 Flights |
| Lead search (Active Search) | 2 Flights |
| FlyB Hunt AI search (Plus and Prime) | 1 Flight per 100 contacts analysed, minimum 1 |
| Completed sale | Depends on plan (Prime: none) |
Bookings and e-mails no longer consume Flights. Each plan carries a monthly allowance for them instead — see Monthly allowances below.
The current cost of an operation is always shown in the product before you commit to it. Rates may change; the figure on screen is the one that applies.
The AI video and image generators consume no Flights at all — they run on your own OpenRouter account. Neither do the AI conditions of CRM automations: they are part of the Prime plan, bounded by a daily limit of evaluations per organization.
When a Flight is spent
A Flight is debited when the request is sent to the processing engine, because that is when the cost is incurred. If the operation fails on FlyB’s side, the Flights are refunded automatically. They are not refunded because you dislike the result — see Terms of Use → Artificial intelligence features.
A FlyB Hunt AI search is priced on many contacts at once, so its whole price is debited when it starts and settled when it ends: the contacts it could not analyse come back in whole blocks, and a search that fails is refunded in full — see What a search costs.
Renewal, expiry and roll-over
- Free plan. The welcome Flights are a one-time allocation, valid for 30 days from account creation. Unused ones lapse. Upgrading inside that window carries the remainder into your first paid month.
- Paid plans. Your balance resets to your plan’s quota on each renewal date. Flights do not roll over — the model is use-it-or-lose-it. Annual plans receive the full twelve months’ allocation in advance.
- Downgrading to Free does not grant a second welcome allocation.
Buying extra Flights
If you run out mid-cycle you can buy more, from Settings → Flights Statement:
- US$ 1 per package of 20 Flights
- Minimum purchase: 20 Flights
- Requires an active subscription
- Purchased Flights are valid until your next renewal, when the balance resets
The ledger
Every credit and debit is recorded with its date, type, description and running balance, filterable by period. That ledger is the authoritative record of your consumption.
Changing plan
Upgrading
Takes effect immediately on payment. You are charged a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current cycle, your renewal date stays the same, and your Flight balance is adjusted to the new plan’s quota straight away.
Downgrading
Takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days. On the new cycle your account must fit inside the lower plan’s limits, and your Flight balance resets to the new quota.
If you have more pages, blogs, calendars or tracked URLs than the new plan allows, the excess may be archived or disabled until the account fits. Nothing is deleted, but the affected pages stop serving.
Message automations work the same way: an account on Check-in with more than two keeps all of them, but the next time the Message automations screen is opened only the two most recently created active ones stay on, and the older ones are paused.
WhatsApp is part of Plus and Prime only. An account that moves to Check-in — by downgrading or cancelling — with numbers still connected keeps the numbers and every conversation already received, which stay readable in the Inbox, but the numbers stop working in FlyB:
- nothing is sent from them — not from the Inbox, a message automation, a CRM stage, a calendar’s confirmation or reminders, or a task. Automations and calendars record each one as skipped, with the reason;
- messages your customers send to them are not received in FlyB. They still arrive in WhatsApp on your phone, but FlyB does not store them, and they are not recovered later if you upgrade again;
- templates cannot be created, edited or synced.
You can still disconnect the numbers in Settings → Integrations. Moving back to Plus or Prime puts them to work again straight away.
Cancelling
You keep full access until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan and any remaining Flights are forfeited. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your data is retained for a grace period — see the Privacy Policy → Retention.
Monthly allowances
Bookings and e-mails are measured, not charged. Each plan includes an allowance that resets on the first day of every calendar month:
| Check-in (Free) | Plus | Prime | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bookings per month | 20 | 400 | Unlimited |
| E-mails per month | — (no e-mail marketing) | 5,000 | 50,000 |
The e-mail allowance counts every message FlyB sends on your behalf — bulk campaigns, CRM automations, booking confirmations and reminders, and one-off sends from a contact’s record.
What happens when you go over
Nothing stops working. Going past a monthly allowance never shows an error to a visitor and never interrupts something already running:
- Your booking pages keep accepting bookings.
- Campaigns already sending keep sending, to the end of their list.
What happens instead is that FlyB records the event and e-mails the account owner, so you can decide whether to upgrade. You get that notice at most once every 48 hours per type of allowance, so a busy month does not turn into a stream of e-mails. The dashboard also warns you before you get there: Calendars and E-mails both show a banner from 80% of the month’s allowance onwards.
Reaching a limit
Limits are enforced where they matter rather than by locking the whole account:
- Contacts — the dashboard warns at 80%. At 100% you can no longer add or import contacts by hand, but leads arriving on their own are still saved: a form submission, a booking on one of your calendars and a Stripe payment all create their contact even past the limit. A lead that reached you is never thrown away over a plan limit — you are told about it instead, the same way as for the monthly allowances above.
- Bookings and e-mails per month — measured, never blocked. See Monthly allowances.
- Pages, blogs, calendars, funnels, URLs — you cannot create more until you upgrade or delete something.
- Message automations — on Check-in you cannot create a third one, nor switch one on while two are already active. Turning one off to turn another on always works.
- E-mail engagement automation — checked when a campaign is created. A campaign created on Prime keeps running the automation it was created with, even after a downgrade.
- AI conditions in CRM automations — the ones already written are kept and can be saved around, but they answer “no match”, without asking the AI, until the plan includes them again. A new one, or a change to what one asks, needs Prime.
- Flights — the operation is refused with an “insufficient Flights” message.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. Access Payment Portal opens Stripe’s secure portal, where you can view invoices, change your card or cancel.
Only the organization owner can create and manage the subscription.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise; see Terms of Use → Fees, billing and taxes.
