Orders & Payments
Sidebar: Sales → Orders, Payments
Module: Sales with Stripe — Plus and Prime.
Two screens record what your customers bought through FlyB checkout. They read what Stripe reports, so they follow whatever actually happened in your Stripe account.
Orders
An order is a purchase: a subscription or a one-time payment.
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| Contact | The buyer. Click through to the contact record |
| Product | The plan and price |
| Type | Subscription or one-time payment |
| Value | |
| Status | See below |
| Next billing | For subscriptions |
| Creation and renewal dates |
Subscription statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trialing | In a free trial |
| Active | Paying |
| Active (cancellation requested) | Still active, will not renew |
| Past Due | A payment failed and Stripe is retrying |
| Canceled | Ended |
| Incomplete / Expired | Never completed |
The summary cards
- Total active subscriptions and subscriptions with cancellation requested
- MRR — monthly recurring revenue, counting only active subscriptions without a requested cancellation that renew within one month
- ARR — the same, for subscriptions renewing within one year
Both definitions exclude cancellation-requested subscriptions deliberately: revenue you already know is leaving should not inflate the figure you plan against.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel Subscription sends the cancellation to Stripe. Stripe is the source of truth, so the status here updates once Stripe confirms it.
Payments
Every individual charge, with its date, contact, product, amount, payment method, status (succeeded, failed, refunded, processing) and a link to the Stripe receipt.
Each payment is tagged with what produced it: initial purchase, automatic renewal, or a plan upgrade.
The summary shows total payments, distinct customers and total value for the period.
Filtering
Both screens filter by mode (subscription or one-time), by status, by a creation-date range and by a renewal-date range, plus a free-text search.
Where else this data appears
- On the contact record — active subscriptions and full payment history
- In the WhatsApp Inbox — the panel beside the conversation lists the contact’s subscriptions with their date, product, value, status and next billing, and a row opens this screen’s own details modal. The queue also gains two views, Active and Cancelled, so you can work the people who pay you — and the ones who stopped — as a list of conversations
- On the dashboard — twelve financial widget types
- In the CRM — as entry events (payment completed, payment failed, subscription created, subscription cancelled) that move contacts automatically
- In Contacts filters — active plan, inactive plan, payment made, payment failed
Reconciliation
These screens mirror your Stripe account; they are not an accounting system and they are not a substitute for one. Stripe’s own dashboard remains the authoritative record of your transactions, and your tax obligations on those sales are yours.
