Getting Started
Creating your account
Sign up at flyb.app. You can register with an e-mail address (FlyB sends you a sign-in code — there is no password to remember) or with Sign in with Google. Signing in with Google gives FlyB only your e-mail address, your display name and your profile picture, used to identify your account and nothing else.
Creating an account also creates your first organization and credits your one-time welcome Flights.
Choosing your modules
FlyB is organised in modules — Inbox, CRM, Scheduling, Landing Pages, E-mail marketing, Blogs, Links & QR Codes, AI Creatives, Sales with Stripe and the Affiliate Program — and your menu shows only the ones your organization switched on.
The first time you open the dashboard, it takes you to the Modules screen. Your account already comes with the Inbox, the CRM and Scheduling active; switch on the modules your business will use (or off the ones it will not), and each change shows in the menu right away. Learn more on a card explains everything the module does and what each plan includes. Nothing here is final: you can activate or deactivate a module at any time, and deactivating one never deletes anything.
If you signed up from something you had already started on flyb.app — a page from the AI questionnaire, a demo page, a QR Code from a free tool — the matching module is switched on for you and you land exactly where you left off instead.
Setting up your organization
Settings → Company holds the details that the rest of the platform reuses, and Settings → Social Media the profiles that go with them:
| Field | Where it shows up |
|---|---|
| Organization name | Page footers, e-mail templates, unsubscribe page |
| Logo | Landing page footers, favicon, e-mail templates, blog header |
| Business area | Used by the AI to write copy that fits your sector |
| Address, phone, e-mail, website | Landing page footers and e-mail variables |
| Brand colour | Default primary colour of generated pages |
| Social profiles | Footer of your pages |
These fields feed the company.* variables available in e-mail templates and CRM
HTTP requests, so filling them in once saves you retyping them everywhere.
The growth checklist
Until you complete it, the dashboard shows an activation guide of up to four steps. It is the shortest path from an empty account to a working sales machine:
- Publish the site — a page in draft receives no visitors.
- Add a lead form — turns visitors into contacts.
- Connect a CRM funnel — so leads land somewhere and are worked.
- Create an automated e-mail — so a new lead hears from you immediately.
Each step belongs to a module — Landing Pages, any module that uses forms, CRM and E-mail marketing — and is only shown while that module is active, so the guide never asks for something your account does not use. You can dismiss the checklist at any time.
Inviting your team
Settings → Team sends e-mail invitations. Each member gets a role that decides what they can see and do — see Settings & Team. The number of users you can invite depends on your plan.
