What it is: A personalized control center that displays the most critical metrics of your business on a single page.
Why use it: Every business is unique. Instead of looking at generic reports, you can choose exactly what information matters most to you, making it simple to track your growth without dealing with complicated spreadsheets.
How it works: You can build your dashboard using “Widgets”—which are simply ready-to-use information blocks. You can add, remove, or rearrange these blocks to view data such as your number of new leads, active subscriptions, total appointments, and more. For each block, you can also choose how you want to see the data: as a straightforward number for quick reading or as a visual chart to track trends.
💡 Important Note: Your dashboard updates in real-time, allowing you to filter all your business data by specific days, weeks, months, or custom periods.
🤖 AI Website Builder
What it is: An intelligent tool that builds professional, ready-to-use webpages for your business in just a few moments, using Artificial Intelligence.
Why use it: You don’t need to hire a designer, write complex texts, or know a single line of code. The AI handles the entire creative process for you, generating a complete layout with tailored images and persuasive copy.
How it works: Simply fill out a short form with basic details about your business—such as your business name, what you offer (value proposition), who your clients are (target audience), and what you want to achieve (your goal). Once you submit this information, the AI does the rest, delivering a fully structured webpage that you can review and launch instantly.
🌐 Custom Domain
What it is: A setup that allows your AI-generated webpages to display your own unique web address instead of the FlyB link.
Why use it: It builds trust and strengthens your brand identity. Instead of your clients seeing a generic address, they will see your official business name in their browser, making your online presence look completely professional and polished.
How it works: Right inside your settings, you can connect your custom domain to the platform. Once configured, whenever someone types your website address, they will be securely directed straight to the beautiful pages you built on FlyB—fully customized under your own brand.
💡 Important Note: This feature is available on paid plans. To use it, you must already own a registered domain through a domain provider.
📅 Calendar
What it is: A smart scheduler that lets your clients book appointments directly with you or your team, without the back-and-forth messages.
Why use it: It saves you time and keeps your business organized. Depending on your plan, you can create multiple calendars for different purposes. You can decide if the meeting will be in-person (adding an address) or remote (online), set which team member is responsible, define your available days and hours, and choose how long each appointment lasts.
How it works: Once your calendar is ready, you can easily add it to your website so leads and clients can book a spot instantly. Plus, it connects automatically with your CRM: this means you can track who scheduled a meeting and who was already served, directly inside your sales pipeline.
📊 CRM & Sales Pipelines
What it is: A visual system that helps you track and manage your relationship with potential clients (leads) and customers from their first contact until the final sale.
Why use it: It eliminates messy spreadsheets and manual work. Your CRM is automatically updated every time a new client fills out a form on your webpage. You can also add contacts manually at any time to keep everything in one secure place.
How it works: For each pipeline, you can customize the sales steps (stages) with unique names, icons, and even set a maximum time a contact should stay in that stage before alerting you. You can choose to move clients between stages manually or set up smart automated rules—such as automatically sending an email, adding tracking tags to follow their journey, or marking the deal as “Won” or “Lost” based on their actions.
💡 Important Note: Depending on your subscription plan, you can create and manage multiple sales pipelines to organize different areas of your business.
✉️ Email Messaging
What it is: A powerful tool to create and send professional emails to your contact list.
Why use it: Instead of writing every message from scratch, you can design and save multiple email templates (like welcome messages, promotions, or follow-ups) to use whenever you need.
How it works: It connects seamlessly with your CRM. You can set the platform to send emails automatically based on where your customer is in your sales process. For example, the moment a new lead enters a specific stage, the system instantly sends them the right email for you.

💳 Stripe Integration
What it is: A secure payment setup that lets you sell your products or services directly through your website.
Why use it: It simplifies your sales process. Right inside the platform, you can connect your Stripe account and easily create your pricing plans. This means your customers can purchase what you offer in a fast, familiar, and highly secure environment.
How it works: Once you set up your plans and prices, they can be displayed beautifully on your webpage. When a client makes a purchase, the transaction is processed instantly, and the funds go straight into your Stripe account without any extra steps.
💡 Important Note: This feature is available on paid plans and requires an active Stripe account. The platform securely connects to your account, ensuring all payments go directly to your business bank account.
👥 Team Management
What it is: A secure system that lets you invite partners, employees, or assistants to work alongside you inside your FlyB workspace.
Why use it: You don’t have to share your personal password to get help running your business. By bringing your team into the platform, you can delegate tasks safely and keep your business operations organized in one shared environment.
How it works: You can easily send an email invitation to new team members right from your account settings. Before sending, you can choose their specific permission level (access roles), ensuring they only see and edit the tools and data relevant to their job.
